My latest super-peeve is pretty timely: Talking on the phone while driving.

Not everyone, but rather anyone who can't walk and chew fucking gum at the same time. Often times I'll find myself driving down an open expanse of freeway/highway and some dumbass will inexplicably put on his brakes, even though there isn't anyone within a quarter mile of him; or start reading the road braile; or speed up for unknown reasons, etc. Cause? Cell phone.

I'm going out to dinner soon or I'd rant some more!

In the case of the lady on the beach that cell phone seems to be the largest part of her clothing.
Cell phones irritate me most in stores. People are shopping but talking about something different ( not that I listen).

Sideboob? On my screen? IN my library? You tryin to get me kicked out?

That being said, my pet peeve is voter registration drives.

trouble is she hasn't any pockets or bags to put the phone in... so she might as well call a friend...

my peeve is all the cold calls from credit companies asking if we are managing our finances OK and can they sell us something to help....

My new pet peeve is being overtaken on the road when I'm going the speed limit. Shits me beyond reason.

I live in a college town and you'd think those kids would be passin' me in their cars but no--they're too busy talking. Obviously mom and dad are paying for their car insurance because they aren't paying attention to anything.
And yes...if I get one more message from a telemarketer telling me that she has my financial info in front of her and she can save me some money with debt relief, I am just going to set the phone by the tv and let her listen to an episode of Barney, the friendly purple dinosaur.
